Through constant experimentation of flavors & building a community of local makers and businesses to work along side, we hope to not only serve delicious food, but to also expose others of new artists & small companies to have in their life.
A CENTRAL FLORIDA NATIVE WHO WAS CAPTIVATED BY THE PROCESS OF COOKING THROUGH HIS MOTHER & GRANDMOTHER. ALTHOUGH HISTORY WAS ONCE THE DIRECTION, ANDREW NEVER STRAYED FAR FROM THE KITCHEN. A graduate of Johnson & Wales, he has TAKen ROOT IN PROVIDENCE, WORKING IN A VARIETY OF PLATFORMS LIKE FINE DINING, POP-UPS, CATERING, BAKERY PRODUCTION, FARMERS MARKETS & FOOD TRUCKS. THE diversity in his experience has helped fuel the INSPIRATION OF THIS PROJECT.
