A CENTRAL FLORIDA NATIVE WHO WAS CAPTIVATED BY THE PROCESS OF COOKING THROUGH HIS MOTHER & GRANDMOTHER.  ALTHOUGH HISTORY WAS ONCE THE DIRECTION, ANDREW NEVER STRAYED FAR FROM THE KITCHEN. A graduate of Johnson & Wales, he has TAKen ROOT IN PROVIDENCE, WORKING IN A VARIETY OF PLATFORMS LIKE FINE DINING, POP-UPS, CATERING, BAKERY PRODUCTION, FARMERS MARKETS & FOOD TRUCKS. THE diversity in his experience has helped fuel the INSPIRATION OF THIS PROJECT.

GROWING UP A JERSEY SHORE native THE IDEA OF BEING LOCAL WAS INGRAINEd in Lauren. A MAKER & DESIGNER AT HEART, she PURSUED JEWELRY & METALSMITHING, WHILE ALWAYS BEING DRAWN TO THE SET UP OF A SPACE AND HOW COLOR & TEXTURE CAN CREATE A MOOD.  after MOVING TO PROVIDENCE & PURSING A career in JEWELRY DESIGN, she FOUND EXPERIMENTING WITH COOKING became HER CREATIVE OUTLEt while COLLECTing ODD & BEAUTIFUL OBJECTS TO SERVE IT IN. OVER TIME THIS DEVELOPED INTO A LARGER PASSION WHERE THOUGHTFUL FOOD & DESIGN CAN CONVERGE.
